  • The Truckee Meadows has become an extremely popular place to live. Many people are moving to the area from places with a higher cost of living. They are looking to take advantage of our ample job opportunities, pleasant climate, and favorable income tax laws. And, growing families are always eager upgrade to bigger homes in better neighborhoods while empty-nesters are looking to down-size.

  • Hiring a Seller’s agent will save you time and net you a higher price for your home. Do you have time to head home every time someone wants to view your home? As an agent, I will know exactly who is entering your home and for how long they are there. I have access to a large network of Buyer’s agents to open conversations about potential Buyers.

    It can be tempting to react to a disingenuous low offer or make an emotional decision. I know how to handle these inevitable situations. I know how to recognize offers that are too good to be true. Leave the headaches to me and let's get your house sold.

  • Escrow is the 'in between' time; you have accepted an offer for your home and we are waiting to close and hand you a check. This generally takes 4-6 weeks. During this time the title company is verifying the Buyer has proper financing and inspections may take place. It can take a little time, but it's a very important process.

  • A contingent offer is an offer made on a property, which states specific conditions must be met before the sale can go through. A common contingency is a buyer asking for a finite timeline to sell their home in order to finance the purchase of your home. This can be tricky territory. As your agent, I will help negotiate reasonable and clear contingencies that keep your best interests in mind.
