You and I are in this together. We’ll start by getting to know each other over coffee at a local spot or via Zoom. We’ll chat about your lifestyle, timeline, and home-buying wishlist. And, you can get to know me so you’re comfortable moving forward.

KNOW YOUR BUDGET

Next, we’ll get your financial ducks in a row. If you are financing, I’ll connect you with a local mortgage professional who will help you determine a realistic budget and prequalify for a loan. If you are a cash buyer, we’ll discuss your financial comfort zone.

EXPLORE THE MARKET

With your wishlist and budget in hand, we’ll explore the market to learn what’s available, at what price, in what neighborhood. We’ll start our search online followed by in-person showings, three or four at a time, until we find a home that meets your criteria.

BECOME A HOMEOWNER

When we find a great house, we will act quickly to make a solid offer. I will help negotiate a fair transaction and work with my team to make sure the property lives up to your expectations. With due diligence, I will help you reach your real estate goals.

You’ve got questions… I’ve got answers!

  • I aways answer my own phone and keep it with me 24/7. If I don't answer, I'll get back to you the moment I’m available. My broker at Solid Source Realty, Matt Swanson, and our office of 140+ realtors negotiate millions of dollars in real estate transactions every year. On the rare occasion I can’t be reached, I will have my colleagues at Solid Source on-call to help. Working with me means working with experienced professionals every step the way.

  • I work with adept local lenders who will work with you, one-on-one, to answer your financing questions, help you determine a realistic budget, and qualify you for a home loan. Sometimes Buyers worry past credit woes will prevent them from buying a home. But, time goes by, and everyone deserves a second chance. My lenders are experts who work with people who have perfect and not-so-perfect credit. You’ll be blown away by all the great programs available to help and protect Buyers in today’s market.

  • All day, everyday, new homes are coming on the market. We will keep a close eye on new listings until you find a house that meets your criteria. Sometimes it can take time and sometimes we have to reassess your wishlist. But with honest communication and an eye on upcoming listings, we will find your dream home.

  • Escrow is the 'in between' time; your offer has been accepted by the Seller and we are waiting to close and hand you the keys. This generally takes 4-6 weeks. During this time the title company is digging through the home’s history to verify it has a clear title and alert us if there are any red flags. It can take a little time, but it's a very important process aimed to protect you as the Buyer.

  • I work with professional home inspectors. Together we work to find and fix any issues before close of escrow. I want your new home to be free of unwanted maintenance surprises.
