There is a lot that goes into becoming a good real estate agent. Even with years of experience, agents have continuing education that they must attend. There are a lot of forms to fill out and documents to sign that are ever-evolving. Attending classes regularly is an important part of my licensing.
With the rising mortgage rates, a seller may fear being unable to sell. People still need to sell and buy houses. Life circumstances do not care what the market is doing.
