My favorite haunt FERRARI FARMS
I have some annual traditions this time of year. Step 1: deep clean my house. I’m talking under the beds, and behind dressers and sofas.
Step 2: decorate. I already have orange lights up inside and out. I cannot recommend indoor orange lights enough. They feel warm and cozy, like the feeling I get from looking into a fire.
Step 3: Ferrari Farms. I need pumpkins and the smell of hay. I must get lost in the Corn Maze and reward myself with hot cider.
After those and done, it’s just scary movies until Halloween.
Located at 4701 Mill St. in Reno, 89502, is FERRARI FARMS. I love visiting here every year. They have a Corn Maze, many farm animals, and games to play. There is no fee to get in. That right! No entrance fee. I really appreciate this as it allows everyone to participate in the fun.
The Corn Maze. Keep an eye out for the scarecrow and then your almost out.
The Corn Maze is a lot of fun. There is a fee to get lost in here. I like to bring a flashlight and conquer it after the sun goes down. And no fear, if you truly go astray, they will come and get you.
Beware! Of all the fun you will have!
They also have hot cocoa and other refreshments for sale. I think the goat stays here though.
That is my plan to begin the holidays. I hope you all find joy in the season also.
