How’s the Real Estate Market?
Realtors get asked this question all the time. I can tell you the average price of a house or how much inventory we have. But oftentimes, people want to know what are the mortgage interest rates.
The answer to this question is much more nuanced.

I thought I would also share some of the magic I had this past weekend. Tony and I went to Seattle to see his eldest get married. The pictures say it all.
The directions were, ‘Park next to the bog and take the trailhead.’ We hiked in about a mile over a wet forest floor. It was worth it.
The venue is a fantasy of tree houses with nets to lounge on.
The reception took place in the Emerald Forest. Gorgeous in the daylight and magical at night.
